Sales Voucher Overview

A Sales voucher (F8) creates a tax invoice for goods sold, updates inventory (reduces stock), and creates a receivable from the customer. Tally automatically:

  • Calculates CGST+SGST for intrastate sales
  • Calculates IGST for interstate sales
  • Assigns an invoice serial number
  • Populates GSTR-1 tables automatically
