Employee: 12% of Basic. Employer: 12% of Basic (13% including admin charges). Applicable if establishment has ≥20 employees or voluntarily enrolled.
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
Employee: 0.75% of gross. Employer: 3.25% of gross. Applicable if gross ≤ ₹21,000/month. Employees earning above threshold are exempt.
Professional Tax — Telangana
₹200/month if monthly salary > ₹15,000. Maximum ₹2,400/year. Employer deducts and remits to State Government.
